How to Report an Inaccurate Listing
Accuracy is important to us. If you encounter a listing that contains incorrect information, makes false claims, or represents a professional who should not be in this directory, we want to know about it.
Common reasons users report listings include outdated contact information, misrepresented credentials or certifications, professionals who are no longer active or have retired, duplicate listings for the same individual or business, and listings that appear to be fraudulent or misrepresenting a professional's role in the appraisal process.
To report an inaccurate listing, use the contact form on our Contact page and include the name of the listed professional, the specific information you believe is inaccurate, and any supporting context you can provide. You do not need to provide your name to submit a report, though including contact information allows us to follow up with you if we have questions.
All reports are reviewed by our team. If we determine that a listing contains inaccurate or misleading information, we will reach out to the listed professional to request a correction. If the issue is not resolved, or if the inaccuracy is serious enough to warrant immediate action, the listing may be suspended or removed while the matter is investigated.
We take reports seriously and aim to respond to flagged listings promptly. We appreciate users who help us maintain the quality and integrity of the directory.
